Radiohead's tribute to the sadly now deceased last veteran of both world wars, not to be confused with the beck song 'Harry Partch'. Beck's track is named that because 'Partch' is the guy who created the 43-tone scale (whatever the feck that is!) and was written because some nob from 'Fiery Furnaces' had a go at Radiohead for writing about, or so he thought, 'Partch' in a song named 'Harry PATCH.'
