Two glasgow based disco freaks, dj andrew gardiner & matthew aldworth (also known as creme de menthe) came together in the latter half of this decade over a shared love of italo and hi NRG to form Den Haan. They've put out some cracking releases on Andy Blake's mighty Dissident imprint as well as Optimo Music - which is a mighty impressive start for anyone - and have remixed the likes of 'Phenominal Handclap Band' and 'Little Boots'. Their live set is also apparently a thing of wonder that annoyingly, I've kept missing! With the guys latest release 'The Heist E.P.' wrapped up they're working on production for ex 'Unklejam' singer Tyson.
